If you are unhappy with your item, please do get in touch. We can organise a return of the item, a replacement or a refund is approved where appropriate.
We are happy to accept returns or provide exchange of items once they are received within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be in the same condition they were received. The easiest way to resolve a return issue is to contact us at oakandrowancrafts@gmail.com. Please do not send back items without first requesting a return as they will not be accepted.
The cost of return items is not covered and please use registered post. If the item is not returned in its original condition, returns or replacements may not be possible and the buyer will be liable for any loss of value, damage to repair or reuse.
Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return we will we will let you know if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded through your original payment method. It can take some time for this to be process through your bank.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange your item, please do get in touch. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and order a new one via the website. We can also chat though this over phone or email. Whatever suits you best.
Damage and Issue
Please inspect you order upon reception and contact us if the item is damaged.
